EL Kinògraf is composed by a fixed team of three persons, but we usually work with a wide network of specialized partners who we have worked with a long ago and so we have carried many projects together.

Pau Subirós Pau Subirós Pau Subirós
Neus Ballús has completed the Master of Creative Documentary at the UPF and has a long experience as a documentary filmmaker. She has also been editor and host of City TV news program. She is currently directing a large part of El Kinògraf's projects. Pau Subirós has worked as a cultural manager in La Casa Elizalde and Gao Letters. He is currently studying an MA in economics from the University of Barcelona. In El Kinògraf he is responsible for business management and hes is also directing some projects.
 Judit Quintana has worked as a journalist in several media, and as a audiovisual trainer in the NGO ACSUR Las Segovias. She is the production manager of most of El Kinògraf projects and she has also has done documentaries and television programs.
