A tv hostess describes in detail what to do and what to avoid doing when facing a wide range of medical emergencies. Recreations of these daily situations illustrate the actions that can be taken with a minimum first-aid kit.

The DVD comes with a Catalan and a Spanish version, as well as subtitles for deaf people.
