Learning to eat, learning to live shows how organic school canteens are an expanding initiative in Catalonia, strongly inspired by the social consumption program of Andalusia. We visit experiences in Catalonia and in Andalusia, talking with farmers who produce food, kids who eat it, the public administration, parents and cooks. Organic school canteens are not only about healthy food, they are also a way of life that advocates for a model of production, distribution and consumption respectful with the earth and the future generations.
